NBIoT based Falcon tracking device. It is small in size & easy to use. The device can be powered using a rechargeable 3.7v - 4.2v battery. (It has a battery charging facility). The device has a motion sensor for power saving. The device supports standard NBIoT protocol (Tested on Vodafone/Idea network). See falcon's location on a map or cloud.
The client is one of the kings of the gulf area, each king over there has a falcon as a pet there's a ritual over there that they organize a falcon race. In which they lose the track of falcons of where they took off. Thus they needed a solution that can track them.
The kings in the gulfs keep Falcon as their pets, as they have a ritual for the falcon race, many times falcons fly beyond the finish line and get lost, thus our client i.e. one of the kings needed a tracker that can be sewed on their backs to track them. The tracker must be compatible with the speed of the falcon.
A bird cannot handle more weight on it while flying, thus the major challenge here was to make a device whose total weight would be <=30g, also he's one of the birds that have a flight speed, thus survival of the tracker with that speed was another challenge. But with R&D, & hard-work team made it possible.
These challenges were a learning path for our team which in end given the intended results.
